Notes

Returns 1 (true) if this strategy marks its open positions to market (the default), or 0 (false) otherwise.

A strategy marks to market unless its MarkToMarket setting is False, in which case equity and invested values change only when positions are closed.

This is the mark-to-market counterpart of S.Compounded.
