Latest - the newest date of any symbol in the current data file
Notes
If a date rangeis not specified in a script then the dates from the Settings Panel will be used.
To get the most recent N bars, use EndDate: Latest with NumBars (any StartDate is then ignored, so a ScanSettings section can override dated test dates from Settings).
If DateSym is specified then Latest means the newest date of that specific symbol.
